There’s no specific time frame for making a reservation, but please keep in mind that availability may vary. Some of our tours have a no-cancellation policy, meaning we don’t offer refunds. We recommend making your reservation when you’re certain about your travel plans.

We have two cancellation policies for our tours. For tours that include airplane tickets or helicopter flights, we do not offer refunds, and the dates and names cannot be changed. They are 100% non-refundable. For regular tours, our policy is as follows: if you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel between 6 and 48 hours before the tour, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour, unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds. In exceptional situations, such as natural disasters or unexpected issues, we will adapt our cancellation policies on a case-by-case basis.

All our prices are in US dollars and can be found on our website. If you prefer not to pay with a credit card, please contact us, and we’ll provide alternative payment options, such as bank transfers or wire transfers. Please note that we apply an additional 5% fee if you pay by credit card.

Unfortunately, we do not accept payments upon arrival. This is because we need to organize and allocate resources such as vehicles and guides for your tour in advance. To confirm your tour, we require payment in advance.

Pickup times vary depending on the tour you have booked. We invite you to review the confirmation email you received, which includes all the details, including pickup times and contact numbers for our logistics team so you can reach out to them.

Making a reservation is easy. On each product page, you’ll find a button that says “Book Now.” Click on it to access our booking portal, where you can pay with a credit card. Once you complete the payment, you’ll receive a confirmation receipt with additional instructions.
