Cancelation
Policy

At TIKAL GO, we have two different cancellation policies that govern our operations. It is important for our customers to understand these policies before making a purchase.

1. Tours Without Cancellation Option: Some of our tours do not offer the option of cancellation, date changes, or name changes once payment has been made. By confirming the reservation and making payment, the customer agrees to these conditions. If the customer is unable to participate in the tour, no refund will be issued. Exceptions to this policy are made only in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, accidents, or political situations that prevent the tour from taking place.

2. Standard Cancellation Policy: For tours that do not include flights (plane or helicopter), the following cancellation policy applies:
   – Cancellation with at least 7 days’ notice: 100% refund of the total tour cost.
   – Cancellation 6 to 3 days before the reservation date: 50% refund of the total cost.
   – Cancellation within 48 hours of the start of the activity: No refunds will be issued.

It is essential for customers to carefully review their invoice, reservation, and cancellation policies before making a purchase.
