We will pick you up from your hotel in the San Ignacio area around 7 in the morning, and we’ll arrive at the border half an hour later. We’ll assist you with the customs process, and on the Guatemalan side, our team will be waiting to continue the procedure. Don’t worry, we’ll make it as smooth and relaxed as possible. Once we’re done, we’ll head towards Tikal.

The drive to Tikal will take approximately 2 hours, with a stop along the way for restroom breaks and perhaps some shopping. Upon arrival at Tikal, we’ll embark on the archaeological tour of the site. We’ll explore the Central Plaza, where you’ll witness the incredible Temple of the Great Jaguar, Temple II, the Royal Palaces, Temple III, the Lost World, Temple V, and Temple IV. We’ll have lunch and then take you to your hotel within Tikal National Park. There, you’ll have some free time to connect with nature and unwind.

We will pick you up from your hotel at 4 am and embark on a 40-minute walk to reach the tallest temple of Tikal: Temple IV. During our first hike of the day, if the sky allows, we will have the opportunity to marvel at the stars and understand the connections with the archaeological site. Get ready to be amazed! Upon reaching the temple, we will patiently wait for the sunrise. Close your eyes, immerse yourself in the scents, and connect with nature and the awakening of the jungle. This will be a unique experience in your life, where you will come to understand that the simplest things are the most important in this world. We will come back to the hotel and have breakfast. You can decide what time to be back in San Ignacio. Remember is a Total o 3 hours.
