After a one-hour flight, you will land at Flores International Airport. Look for your dedicated Tikal Go Guide, who will be waiting for you at the arrivals building in Flores, holding a sign with your name. While we wait for the rest of the group to join, we will take this time to have breakfast and prepare for this adventure that will begin at 7:30.

Upon arrival at Tikal, you will discover the majesty of this ancient city, which used to be one of the most important in the Maya civilization. Surrounded by lush jungle, Tikal is now a National Park and an impressive archaeological site. Our tour of the park will last 5 hours, during which we will visit Temple IV, the tallest in the complex, the Lost World Pyramid, and Temple II, three temples that can still be climbed. We will also explore the Central Plaza, home to the iconic Temple of the Great Jaguar, a symbol of Guatemala. We will have the opportunity to visit the palaces of the aristocracy and admire the grandeur of Temple V and Temple III. After the tour, we will enjoy a delicious lunch at the best restaurant in the park (with 5 food options available) before returning to Flores. If time allows, we will make a brief visit to the charming Island of Flores before taking you to the airport for your return flight to Guatemala City. Upon arrival at La Aurora Airport in Guatemala City, our driver will be waiting to take you back to Antigua Guatemala.
