WHAT TO EXPECT!
We’ll pick you up at your hotel and start our tour Museum in Guatemala on Avenida Reforma, the geographical center of the city. On the walk we’ll visit important monuments such as the statue of Miguel Ángel Asturias, one of the sons of La Patria, the only Guatemalan writer who won a Nobel Prize in Literature in 1967.
Then we’ll continue towards the Historical Center of the City, we’ll pass through the Torre del Reformador, El Teatro Nacional, the modernist Civic Center and we’ll admire many murals made by famous artists in the 50’s and 60’s.
We’ll arrive at the Central Plaza where we’ll know the Cathedral, the Government Palace and we’ll finish our tour in the Central Market.
After this tour we’ll dive into the most important museums of the city: the Popol Vuh and the Ixchel Museum.
